The REIQ offers the Commercial Essentials Series in Property Management to both newcomers and existing professionals seeking to establish and continuously develop their skills as commercial specialists. The Commercial Property Management series is designed to provide a solid basis of skills and knowledge that can be used as a reference guide for your career in the commercial sector.
The program includes topics such as acquiring and commencing a new management, retail leasing, lease and retail management, and operations management.
The Commercial Property Management Program includes the following:

Studying the registration course with The REIQ was the best experience! The content was engaging and the workbooks were really well set out and visually appealing. The learning portal was extremely easy to navigate and the process of uploading and submitting assessments was seamless. And of course, the training team were FANTASTIC. They were so helpful and always happy to assist. I could not have had a better experience and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. :)

I've recently completed a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and Diploma of Property (Agency Management) with REIQ online. The course was well structured and I undertook the online learning course as my preferred option to study. It was straight-forward enough and was great to work at my own pace. The online portal was easy to use.
