Training Terms and Conditions

See Terms and Conditions for REIQ Apprenticeships here.

The Term “Student” refers to all participants enrolled into an REIQ Training program. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes students enrolled in accordance with REIQ’s partnership with REISA, where students will be trained and assessed under REIQ RTO (RTO 5420) and are required to accept this policy and other associated Training Policies (accessible via REIQ | Policies) upon enrolment.

REIQ has a fair and reasonable Refund Policy which ensures that all students have the opportunity to receive a refund if requested. Our objective is to ensure that, when required, a fair and equitable system for the refund of training course fees are available to students. We achieve this by confirming that any training activities undertaken by REIQ are transparent and clearly defined below.

Refunds may take up to 30 days from date of approved application and will be paid to the student in the form of a bank transfer.

The REIQ will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other student on a group booking (regardless of whether other students have made separate payments) and that person will bind all such students to these RTO Terms and Conditions.

Upon confirmation of enrolment with REIQ you acknowledge the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  1. You agree to be bound by these terms, the Student Handbook and any student rules now existing, or at any time existing.
  2. By selecting the payment plan option, you agree to the terms of the Payment Plan Agreement.
